I arrived almost an hour early to my appointment however, the doctor got me in 30 minutes after I arrived and I was done 15 minutes.\nBefore my actual appointment time period the staff were so friendly and very welcoming! What a great atmosphere to be in while you’re waiting to see the doctor. Everyone that we met in the office was very friendly as far as patience go as well. I Highly recommend hometown hearing. Very compassionate individuals , I give them five stars!

Highly recommend! The staff are always friendly, and Dr Otwell is amazing. He listens to you, explains everything throughly, and was even able to work me in when I came in a week early by mistake! I live 2 hours away but gladly make the trip to come here!
